Since the mid-2000s, S.I.M.S. staff has been providing services to simulator manufacturers and sim racers alike. Our primary goal has always been, and always will be, unmatched customer service and this is the reason our customer base continues to grow. With 30+ years in motorsports, this is more than just a business to us, it's our lifelong passion.

 

Manufacturers have turned to us to handle their installation, on-site and remote support services as well as their marketing and rental events so that they don't have the costs of an in-house team of traveling staff. This allows them to keep their highly-trained staff in the office and production facility where they can focus on building new simulators instead of traveling to customer locations. Our services include the entire after-sales process: shipping installation, training, support, relocation and upgrades.
